我們對咖啡烘焙有著一種特別的執著與堅持, 為呈現團隊心目中想要的咖啡風味, 所有咖啡豆採購及品質控制都由獲得美國 CQI 專業認證的 Q GRADER (咖啡杯測師) 把關 ; 而我們所使用的烘焙設備更是別出心裁、與別不同。
我司所使用的咖啡烘焙機產自上世紀50年代, 由義大利著名烘焙機製造商 OFFICINE VITTORIA 於 BOLOGNA所製作。 有別於傳統烘焙設備品牌烘焙熱源由下而上的烘焙概念, OFFICINE VITTORIA 巧妙地結合直火與熱風的導熱方式, 熱源供應不再在鍋爐下方, 創造了與別不同的烘焙方式, 這可說是當年非常嶄新大膽的設計。可惜不久後 OFFICINE VITTORIA倒閉並把品牌轉售到西班牙, 此款烘焙機正式停產。 時至今天, 僅餘為數極少 的50年代 OFFICINE VITTORIA 烘焙機仍在使用當中, 而其每一鍋烘焙出來的咖啡豆都令我們為之著迷。

我們的咖啡烘焙機產自上世紀50年代 由義大利著名烘焙機製造商 Officine Vittoria 於 Bologna 工廠所製作 有別於傳統烘焙設備品牌烘焙熱源由下而上的烘焙概念, Officine Vittoria 巧妙地結合直火與熱風的導熱方式 把兩者混合並以噴射形式平均導熱到整個鍋爐內 創造出獨特的烘焙方式 這可說是當年非常嶄新的設計。可惜不久後 Officine Vittoria把品牌轉售到西班牙 此款烘焙機正式停產。 時至今天 僅餘為數極少 的50年代 Officine Vittoria 烘焙機能承存下來 其每一鍋烘焙出來的咖啡豆至今仍令老饕們為之著迷。
Our vintage coffee roaster, built in the 1950s by the renowned Italian manufacturer Officine Vittoria in Bologna, stands as a testament to innovation and craftsmanship. Unlike traditional roasters that use bottom-up heat transfer, Officine Vittoria pioneered a system that combines direct flame and convection. This hybrid heat is injected evenly throughout the drum, resulting in a distinctive roasting style that was revolutionary at the time.
2020 年 團隊首次參加 Australian International Coffee Awards - 澳洲國際咖啡比賽 所參賽的兩支咖啡豆分別獲得 Pourover - Gold Medal 金獎 及 Immersion - Silver Medal 銀獎。
2022 年，團隊再接再勵，獲得兩金兩銀的佳績，並得到大會頒發Champion International Roaster (國際賽組總冠軍)的殊榮。
In 2020, we made our debut at the Australian International Coffee Awards, where both our entries won prestigious honors — a Gold Medal in the Pourover category and a Silver Medal in the Immersion category.
In 2022, we returned stronger and prouder, earning two Golds and two Silvers, along with the highest recognition of all: Champion International Roaster.
